We stopped in, only for a cocktail and appetizer. We voted to stay for dinner, and had the most incredible meal! We had the lamb, unbelievable..... and for dessert the ginger cake that brought back wonderful memories of Thankgiving at my Swedish Grand-mother's. We have eaten at a well known German restaurant in Springfield, MA and feel you folks outdid them "handsdown"

Black Bear Pub~ The Black Bear Pub ~

Welcomes inn guests with an especially cozy atmosphere. Set in a room highlighted by handsome golden oak woodwork are the intimate bar, fireside lounge and candlelit tables for pub dining.  The Dining room and Black Bear Pub are closed Monday and Tuesday.
