Taste of the Mountains Frequently Asked Questions
All our classes are intended for all levels of students, from beginners to experts. Each class offers creative recipes from the menu for that day, as well as many tips and techniques for everyday cooking to bring back home to your kitchen. It is the goal of each class to offer new techniques and ideas for every level, from fastidious foodies to first-timers.
A Taste of the Mountains classes are designed to be completely hands-on. The class sizes are intentionally kept to a maximum of eight students to allow plenty of individual attention from the teacher/chef. As a student you will have the chance to prepare and eat the dishes from the days’ menu. If you just want to relax and watch others while enjoying a glass of wine, we’re okay with that too. It’s all about enjoying your experience in A Taste of the Mountains kitchen.
Please call (603)383-4200 to book your cooking classes. We also offer online reservations. We will ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation and a seven-day cancellation policy is in effect. Please give us a call with any questions you may have.
How much do I get to eat?
