Below you will find our 2017 Fall and Winter Cooking Class Schedule! If you would like to schedule a private class on an alternate date, please ask. Our class accommodates anywhere from 1 to 8 students at a time. Sign up today, these will fill up quickly!! 

 

  • Sunday, October 29th at 3PM, Fall Flavors with Chef Steffani Adaska; $125
      • During this 3 hour class you will cook a complete dinner featuring New England Fall Favorites.  We will be posting the menu, soon!
                                                                   

 

  • Sunday, November 19th at 3:00PM, A Peruvian Dinner with Lisseth Conza-Berman; $125
      •  Join our very own Lisseth Conza-Berman in preparing and then enjoying a complete Peruvian dinner, including her favorite cocktail!
            • Salpicon De Verduras with Chicken (Appetizer)
            • Aji De Gallina (Entree)
            • Mazamorra Morada (Dessert)
            • Pisco Sour (cocktail)

 

  • Monday, December 11th at 2:30PM, Christmas Dinner with Chef Justin Allen: $125
      • Chef Justin is coming back to give us ideas for another holiday meal.  

  • Sunday, December 17th at 3:00PM, New Year's Hor d'oeuvres with Chef Steffani Adaska; $15
      • Party season is upon us and it is time to tackle that age-old question; "What are we going to make for this year's New Year's Eve party." Chef Steffani is going to share some of her client’s favorite hor d’ oeuvres with you. And, knowing her, she’ll certainly include a signature cocktail or two!!  We are talking New Year's Eve, after all! So plan on having fun, drinking something bubbly and eating lots of delicious bites with the effervescent Chef Steffani Adaska.

        • The Good News Cocktail 
        • ”JACKSON DIP” a tasty, oh-so-delish, unique dip served with crackers and Artisan bread 
        • GRILLED PINEAPPLE WITH PROSCUITTO DI PARMA
          bacon powder + gremolata garnish. sweet & salty goodness in every bite 
        • STEFFANI’S SASSY ROASTED JUMBO SHRIMP
          jumbo shrimp marinated with olive oil, garlic and lemon zest.  roasted, then chilled and served with Chef Steffani’s famous Sassy Sauce. hot, sweet and a little bite puts a zippy twist on the  traditional 
        • DEVILS ON HORSEBACK
          sweet dates, smokey bacon, and tangy blue cheese baked to goodness 
        • STEFFANI’S ZESTY CORN & CHORIZO DIP
          warm, gooey dip of corn, chorizo, roasted poblanos, garlic and Monterey Jack & corn tortilla crisps 
        • BACON, LEEK AND FIG CROSTINI
          NH smoked bacon, cooked with fresh leeks. served on a crostini with mild soft cheese spread, topped with dried figs and fig drizzle.
        •  ASIAN MEATBALL WRAPS W/ HOISIN GLAZE
          Asian pork meatballs with ginger-orange hoisin glaze, served hot in a cool ‘cup’ of Bib lettuce.
