A Taste of the Mountains Cooking School Specials and Packages

The Taste of the Mountain Cooking School continues the Bernerhof tradition of learning and fun in a relaxed atmosphere.  The cooking school is designed for lovers of fine food who wish to broaden their practival knowledge of creative cuisine.  The school, which operates each spring, winter and late fall, truly offers a peek into how professional chefs create and execute, in an atmosphere that combines instruction, hands-on experience and relaxation. 

A three day hands-on weekend
The cooking school features themed classes such as appetizers and hors d'ouevres, elegant dinner parties, fish cookery, cooking with herbs, breads and pastries.
