CELEBRATING WITH FALL'S BOUNTY -  Our theme will focus on entertaining and utilizing the freshest nature has to offer!

We are pleased to announce that Chef Steve James, New Hampshire Chef of the Year, will be working with Chef on the instructions and hands on classes!  Chef James has been Executive Bakery Chef at the award winning Balsam's Resort in Dixville Notch for the past 27 years.  Chef James recently opened the ever so successful Popovers in Portsmouth.  He has received numerous awards and recognition.  In 1995 he was awarded the Master Baker certification; he is the only Master Baker in the State of New Hampshire.
